Ridgeway Forestry and Land Services is a trusted, family-run business delivering a wide range of land management and environmental services across the region. Phil leads the operational side of the business, bringing over 40 years of hands-on experience in agriculture, construction, and land management. He began his career in 1978 with one of the largest agricultural contractors in southern England, gaining extensive knowledge in all aspects of contract farming — from cultivations and cereal harvesting to fencing and farm construction. After a decade, he transitioned into the plant hire and demolition sector, working on major land reclamation and infrastructure projects.

Kara manages the administration and customer service, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.

We offer a broad and flexible range of services — from paddock mowing and pond construction to more specialist operations such as forestry mulching and remote-controlled flail mowing on steep or challenging terrain. Our fleet includes both compact and heavy-duty machinery, allowing us to tailor our approach to each job, regardless of scale or complexity.
